Firm Overview
For over 25 years, Blair & Roach, LLP has provided a full range of quality legal services to businesses, institutions, and individuals. Our firm was founded in 1980 by John N. Blair and David L. Roach. Initially, the firm focused upon business, real estate, tax, and estate issues. In 2001, Jay E. Brett, John P. Dee and Larry Kerman, all former partners of Cohen, Swados, Wright, Hanifin, Bradford & Brett, joined Blair & Roach, LLP adding their significant experience and expertise to our growing firm. With the addition of lawyers and staff, our firm has grown to encompass almost all areas of law.
As a general practice law firm, Blair & Roach, LLP offers counsel and representation in the areas of corporate, non-profit organizations, finance, debtor/creditor, health care, insurance, real estate, securities, taxation, trusts, estate, succession planning, and elder law. The firm's litigation group concentrates on commercial matters.
The collective experience of our attorneys allows our firm to continue a tradition of excellence in serving clients, not only in New York, but also our individual and corporate clients in Florida. Efficient management enables our firm to provide fast turnaround without costly, excessive staffing. Our firm's manageable size and historically low attorney turnover fosters stable relationships with clients and enhances our firm's ability to deliver superior results in a cost-effective fashion.
